Deleting your account and data

If you signed in to Simit with Google, Apple or Facebook, you can delete your account inside the game:

1. Open the game and go to the profile tab at the bottom.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm with Delete for good.

This deletes, at once and for good: your player account, the id of the linked sign-in account (Google, Apple or Facebook), your progress saved in the cloud and your place on the leaderboards. Purchase records are kept for accounting, but no longer tied to any account or person. The game on your device goes on as a guest; to remove that too, delete the app.

If you never signed in, there is no account of yours on our servers.

If you cannot open the game, write to hello@playsimit.com with the account you signed in with and the support code from Settings. We carry out the request within 30 days and let you know.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Simit's access in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
